Another beautiful day. I woke up late and did a mixture of course work and play. I didn't get out until 7.30pm. Then I did a quick 15mile cycle at full pelt.

I came across an interesting gif:

I'm thinking of trying the routine out :)

The flame of ardour is low
The flame of shame is high
The road to desire is mined
All packages are returned
All communication is closed or concealed,
and then closed too
Confusion is the evil genius,
with it's claws tight around my every thought and deed.

Superwoman...Faster than a speeding typist!.

Within less than a day. The following has happened:

  • Lisa has been online.
  • I am no longer a "friend" on her online account.
  • I still have no access to her online account.
  • She has added 2 additional friends to her online account. That makes total 2.

So what do u make of that? 99% probability that she's reading this. 1% coincidence :). I'm a betting man.

HI LISA :)

Long time no contact. Questions I have are many :) (Yoda style)

  • How are you?
  • What effect do I have on you?
  • Do you feel any emotion regarding me?
  • Do you remember me?
  • Do I scare you?
  • Do I annoy you?
  • Surely you agree, with your training: It is better to deal with a situation than to ignore it and hope it goes away.
  • Why did you panic, last year, when I showed concern, by knocking on your door, having failed to hear from you?
  • Is it me? Is it your history with man/men? Is it both?
  • Why did you email me with your address?
  • Why did you/your sister initiate BEBO contact and then stop?

LET ME KNOW THE FACTS and I'll act accordingly. Don't ignore the situation. Just let me know how you feel.

Here is added irony. You actually like the "real" me. The twist is worthy of an Aussie Soap.
I'm not talking about the polite, all thumbs, guy around you when I was still trying to gain your trust. You are not the innocent you portray either. We just never got a change to show each other our true selves.

Angels Disguised as Mummies
It's a great line. Kudos and admiration to you Lisa for coming up with it.

OK. This weekend I had the newphew J3 - age 7. He came over Saturday evening. Lisa, coincidentally was babysitting too. She however has placed my user in her "BLOCKED USER" section - I keep getting kicked in the balls and I keep smiling (more like inane grin). The irony is that I am still listed as "friend" under her account - the only friend. It's little nuggets such as this that fuel my paranoia/faith/dream/passion/devotion/craving/crush/infatuation.
I sent her a couple of anonymous texts, a couple of jokes. She liked them and replied. The first reply was to ask who i was, the second reply was to call me "another mobile quack quack". I have texted her before, using the same mobile and told her who I am. She presumably just deleted it and decided not to store the number. I've since texted a few more jokes but now I seem to have found another medium by which she can ignore me.
I even tried good old fashioned writing a few months back :).

Methods of Contact: So I've tried: Writing, texting, emailing, blogging, messaging, phoning, calling, knocking, praying. If you have any methods I haven't tried let me know.

Sunday was like a camping adventure. J3 and I eventually got outside on our bikes only to have the elements turn on us. We set out with the sun shining. J3's mother had not thought to bring a coat and I couldn't get in contact with her. So we set out in fleeces. As soon as we got to the BMX ramps the heavens opened and liquid H2O descended. Luckily J3 knew exactly where to shelter. I began to roll video, intending to show how tough the footy boys were, as they refused to shelter, in the onslaught of the rain. However, as I turned to them, it was to see a mass exodus of the field and the entire footy squad heading to our shelter spot. The shower only lasted 10minutes (if that). However it was enough to turn the ramps slippery and unusable. The sun had disappeared behind clouds, dark clouds. Without the direct rays of the sun on our bodies, it turned cold quickly. J3 wanted 1 race around the cycle track - it was a decision he would regret. By the end of the lap his hands, and mine were chilled. His fleece was cold and so was he. I fished out my gloves for J3 and we headed home.
Hopefully its a taste of the fun to be had this summer. Summers with the kids are less fun when one is fully employed.

The rest of the nephews J1 and J2 popped in later with their mother. My brother and his girlfriend also popped in with their lil child C1 too. He's about 2years old and my glasses were reminded of the power and fascination 2's have with them. So Sunday afternoon and evening were fun too. Socialising :). Lots of pictures and video taken - only thing, as usual, I'm behind the camera :).

Here's Looking...for...you kid.

I am at the end of my first week off from work. I went to work on Monday. I had Tuesday morning off but then attended college in the afternoon - only to find the first lecturer had called in sick. So using the democratic process most (I hope) of the class decided to head home.

I spent Wednesday reading up in preparation for a 2500 word assignment due in on Friday. It was labourious as most of the reading is pure theory and is other peoples ideas. I would read and then play on the computer (urban terror - can't seem to get tired of it).

I then did 1300 words on Thursday and completed the work by Friday 4.30pm. I then cycled into town and dropped the work off at the Uni. I cycled through the pedestrian zone in the centre of town narrowly avoiding people - avoiding only because it's the law :). I am obviously hoping to see Lisa and keep expecting Divine Intervention.

On arriving back home I found myself continually sneezing. It was only when my nephew showed up with Hay fever symptoms that I realized that I too am afflicted. It might also explain the lethargy and headaches that have been my bane for the past month. In fact I kept putting off the coursework because I felt so lousy.

We went Go-Karting last week. It was great fun. One of the guys ended up with 3 broken ribs. I didn't win - I kept taking the sharp bends too fast and kept coming to a complete stop. The Go-karts had poor acceleration. Next time, hopefully there will be a next time, I shall endeavour to maintain my inertia and rely on the kart's speed. Karting is fun but expensive too.

Injuries continue to hound me. I am in my second week of a hamstring pull (right leg). This was caused by my failing to warm up. My left side torso muscle is still refusing to heal. None of these aches stop me cycling but the hamstring stops me playing football. I suspect a possible contributory factor may be the saddle on my bike - it tends to dig in to the hamstring in question.
